ACRA

The Singaporean commercial register is maintained by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and has been in operation since 2004. The service is in English only. The only information that can be obtained free of charge is information on trade names, registration numbers and company status. All other information must be requested by phone or e-mail and the prescribed fee must be paid. There are a few different payment methods and information is provided within an hour after it is requested.
