Dear Sir/Madam I am about to visit Bratislava with a view to becoming the new CEO of an existing Slovakian Company that needs some help and advice on their corporate recovery. Ultimately there will be a substantial investment made into the business over time and I wanted to enquire about the rules and regulations around shares and also that the main shareholder would be myself and/or a UK company, domiciled in the UK. Would this arrangement cause any difficulties.

Dear gentleman,

I request on behalf of S.I.Montaggi Romania, a romanian-italian mixed society, i need some information about some company regarding the next types of undistructive control: RT , PT, MT, UT, termic traitment, pipe painting and sandblasting
The control is required to be made for welded joints for carbon steel pipes having diameters between Dn150 and Dn1200.
The job will be executed in Mochovce, during the next year.
