A lot of folks are asking about MS Inc. I also received 4 different E-mails offering me a job. I am 100% positive they are a SCAM. First all 4 e-mails came from a free hotmail account not a real company. 2. They claim they picked my resume out but the letter was addressed to Mr./Mrs, so they have no idea who I am. Also their company description is garbage does not say what they do. Also why would they send out so many job offers? Please do not get involved with this company.
I am sure they are a scam. This one came from a gmail account. The wording is not what you would expect from a professional offer. It is especially interesting that they go on about how they don't run checks etc. since it came the same day as another email from another gmail account,which was a scam requesting people who would run payments through their checking accounts then wire the money to them. Of course they bounce and your account gets overdrawn.
Unfortunately there are too many people who fall for these and lose alot of money.
We starting getting these more often after my husband started looking for a job using Yahoo Jobs, which is also what the local newspaper uses online. He applied for a job that looked legitimate saying they were opening a branch in Portland and looking to fill openings. When they contacted him, they gave a story that they would be opening a business in a few months but needed people to accept checks and money orders in the mail, deposit them in your account and wire the money to the company, until the branch opened. Yeah Right!
I received an e-mail from someone name Samanthat Whitemore also having a gmail account. I received the contract and requesting that I fill in the selected spot. I will let you all know if it is legit.

just been offered a contract of employment with LT real estate, in warsaw poland. by the look of things Natalie its a scam and am only sorry now that i sent them a copy of my drivers licence, but with held my bank details cos i was a bit cautious about giving them to the compamy until i was sure. If i were you Natalie i would as iam now staying well clear of them they are scummy scam merchants and i hope they all get a fatal condition.
It appears, I too have ALMOST been victimized by a firm calling itself SEP INC Enterprise, license #000084942. I received a 4-page contract entitled: Employment Agreement for Exchange Operations Department. Lots of words with a section guaranteeing a salary of $1500/month for first quarter.
If it seems to good to be true........................
on yeah, the address at the end of the contract is 00190 Sweitokrzyska (the same as listed in above comments for MS INC.

i actually got the same job offer too,but, i am in Canada and they say this no problem as well. However, the website is real when i looked it up Usa.com. I just waiting and see if there is any asking of any banking info then i'll know for sue its a scam. i went through all the interview process so far and i am just waiting and see.
Hi, I answered there ad on job boom and recieved an offer of assistant to senior manager as well. I am in canada also, so how many assistant's does this guy need. I called him on it being a scam and he came back with legitimate info and telling me thatit is all legal. I just recieved the final contract and there is alot of legal mumbo jumbo in it but no banking info is asked for. I think it is a scam and has something to do with the pre paid debit cards they pay everyone with. I am afraid to sign this thing and send it back incase it legally binds me to something. I went through the same process for the same job with Colin Wilson, I have the final contract here ready to sign but I'm worried that it might put me into something that is not legit... I'searched it out as well and I can't see to find anything wrong, but something seems fishy.... Not sure what to do.

I am also going through the employment process for USA.com and American Search Engine. I have tried to read between the lines, but as of yet have not seen where the "scam" is hiding. Maybe this is legit, but would like other peoples opinion. The salary seems high, but when you take into account that you need to pay your income tax, SS, health insurance, higher internet speed, etc. Then the salary seems somewhat appropriate. If anyone has found anything, please advise me.

Since non of us seemed to really know if this job was legit I did go a bit further and I contacted USA.COM myself and asked about Colin Wilson and the job offer, I received their response and Here is what they wrote back...
" This is a scam. Colin Wilson does not have anything to do with USA.com. I am currently trying to investigate this case, can you please send me any emails you have received from him?

If you look on the bottom of USA.COM it says "USA.COM is a publication of World.com Media." I had to go through them in order to contact them, you can do the same as well at "World Support"
I would say this guy plans on taking it to the end. The other day i asked him when the office was coming to london and how the debit card system works and about our taxes and he sent back the office is opening in toronto atthe end of the month and the debit card are from BMO and gave me a link to look into it and explained that after training they send papers that state we are working for an out of counrty company and certain taxes are exempt and everything we need for our T4. So yeah he really is into this, he beleives he is legit. I really cant see where we get burnt because it is not our money but if USA.com says its a scam i beleive them but man he is good.
I am in the proces of applyingfor this position also. I have sent the signed agreement and have now received back an e-mail from Colin Wilson asking for just my credit card number (no expiration date or cvv required)
He has asked for this number so that he can deposit $3335 US to pay for the finger print technology laptop and special software,virus and firewall protection. He requires you use the laptop only for the company. His second option was for me to send the required funds to him by wire transfer and then wait 7 days for the equipment etc to be shipped to me in Toronto.
As he has my naem and address and signature already having the cc# would enable them to purchase anything. Also the company in the slides is ATB Finacial, Alberta Government financial services

I contacted Monster.com and asked them what type of screening did they do on USA.com? I told them how it seems that they guy is scamming everyone, he is not known at USA.com, and seems to be giving everyone somewhat the same story. Monster.com is supposed to be a very reputable job search engine, and I told them their reputation is in jeopardy. I will get a response in 24 hours. As far as Colin is concerned, the only time he responds to me is when I send him something back that he sends to me. I have sent him several emails asking him questions about, what type of computer is needed, internet speed, software,etc. And he never responds to any of my questions. So, unfortunately, I am back on the job hunting trail. I have enough trouble being unemployed without having this guy scam me of what little I have left. Hi everyone, just wanted to tell you my story so far with this guy. I applied to it over careerbuilder.ca, but the job offer is not listed anymore. About one week after applying he sent me an email which asked for my resume (indicating that he didn't receive it from careerbuilder), but at the same time also offered me the job. I sent him my stuff and also told him that I live in Germany and if it were necessary to move... his reply was that I could work from home and that they wouldn't give me the debit card, but transfer the money to my bank account (that's the common method of payment in Europe). Still, it sounds too good, and it's way too easy. A friend of mine has a brother who works in Warsaw, so I asked him if he could check the address... I'll tell you what I found out once he did.

Received an email from Colin today. I had forgotten about one of several notes I had sent him. His reponse was to a particular note I had sent him asking him about the computer, software, internet speed, etc. It took over a week to receive a response, until today. Just as Mickeya and Robert stated, he said that the company will send me the computer, fingerprint machine, software, etc. and it will be the company's expense. I have not sent the contract, and will not send it. However, this seems to be the same scam he is giving everyone. Once he gets you, then it seems he's going to ask for money. I just don't feel comfortable. Just wanted to let everyone know that this guy is good and scamming everyone.

I just received an offer from them also. Here's the message they sent: "Your duties will be receiving packages after tracking them(we will be providing the materials to ship it further, there are no investments from you). The pay is $60 for each received and sent package (it is calculated in a total monthly pay and paid at the end of each working month, $1500 is a minimum guaranteed monthly amount and it does not depend on the amount of packages that you have handled)"

I have been scammed in the past so I very careful when I receive emails about job offers that prove to be to promising. Reply to email For A.J @PEI for more information because to receive 5500/month for part-time work is "too good to be true". AJ sent me a contract which is typed in 2 different fonts and has not date for beginning to end date. i feel that PEI is just another scam. Has anyone has any success in verifying who the are or at least the company's officers?

I think is a scam as:
1. seems too good to be true
2. Security check of my details was way too fast
3. Only seems to email me at a specific time in the day (morning)
4. The actual Job offered; to use my current account to transfer money for their clients does not make sense.
All in all it smells like a big scam, these scammers are preying on the minds of those who are finding it hard getting a job due to the economic crisis.
To all investigate before sending anything. I praise God that He opened my eyes and made me realise before I sent my bank details.

I receive an email also and a phone call, it is hard to tell whether or not this company is for real, I don't believe that they are trying to steal your identity. I believe that they are involved in money laundraing.
