The Commercial Register is maintained by the Ministry of Justice. The system was set up in 2003. The database provides information on all corporations, non-profit organizations and foreign companies registered in Lithuania including their directors, shareholders, fixed capital and annual accounts. The information is based on original documents contained in the Register of Enterprises (RE). Navigation through the register is complicated because the site is only in Lithuanian. Registration numbers, business activities and addresses of registered offices can be found by trade name without registration. For advanced search features it is necessary to obtain a login and a password.

I am sanjeev chadha proprietor/owner of M/s Dollars International we are doing export business in India in New Delhi. We want to do business of import-export in Lithuania.
We want to do export -import business there and our nature of business is to import products from India and other countries and sell them to wholesalers and retailers of Lithuania and surrounding countries, and same as we will export some products from your Lithuania to another countries.
I want to know what I must need to do for doing this business.
