Central Register of Non-profit-making Legal Entities Sector

Companies in Bulgaria have to be entered into commercial registers maintained by district courts. This is also the only place where the data can be viewed by the public. There is no central on-line database providing data of this kind. However, there is the Central Registration Database of non-profit NGOs created by the Non-Governmental Organizations Act. The database is searchable by organisation name, seat or registration court.

Is there a Companies House equivalent to the UK, that store data on Bulgarian limited companies please?

Can I complete the new Company Registration online before Dec 31, and find an agent in Bulgaria to submit the documentation I would mail to them or is it only in Bulgarian language, which I could get translated
